Optical and mechanical system

The infinity-corrected optical path uses a five-position reversed nosepiece, WF10×/22 mm eyepieces and plan-achromat 4×, 10×, 40× and 100× oil objectives. Coaxial coarse and fine focus provides a 1 µm fine graduation, while the double-layer mechanical stage offers 75 × 55 mm travel.

Illumination and imaging

A 3 W adjustable LED source with field diaphragm supports Köhler setup. The trinocular port accepts the optional USB imaging kit for still capture, measurement overlays and report documentation.
